After you have selected a country program which interests you and for which you are eligible, we will send to you at your request the following information pertaining to that program:

  • Adoption Services Application, including a complete list of our adoption services

  • Sample Adoption Services Contract

  • Updated Program Information, if applicable

Upon your written request we will disclose the following: service policy contracts, the number of adoption placements per year for the prior three calendar years, the number of placements that remain intact, the number of families who apply to adopt each year, and the number of waiting children eligible for adoption. To obtain this information, please call our office.
